Looking at cost saving, the big advantage of China is the cheap labour. The big disadvantage are the costs of transport. The big advantage of this disadvantage is that big savings can be made.
In short; Eastern Scope realizes the importance of controling the logistic proces - from manufacturer till your warehouse. Not only beacuse we want the goods to arrive in the same good condition in which they left the factory, but also because a lot of money can be saved by shipping in the right way.
We invest a lot of time and energy in optimising these costs; we only send full containers, we have our own warehousing facility in China, make serious studies of how to optimise packaging both in volume and in firmness and have our own logistic manager in China who supports our logistic department in Holland.
